COVID-19 Menu

Innovive Health is committed to ensuring the ongoing safety of our patients and staff as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, and we move forward with our economic and social reopening.

We will continue to adhere to guidance from the CDC along with relevant federal and state agencies:

  • Conducting daily health screenings for symptoms of COVID-19 for patients and staff.
    • Anyone who exhibits symptoms related to COVID-19 is required to stay home.
  • Using 62 percent or higher alcohol-based hand sanitizer by our clinicians on the road and in our office locations, and our clinical policies require frequent hand-cleaning by those providing patient care.
  • Following all local, state, and federal guidelines for infection control when entering and exiting homes.
  • Providing ongoing surveillance testing for our clinicians and encouraging vaccinations for all staff.
  • Wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines when providing care in the home, as appropriate.

In addition, all of the high-touch areas throughout our offices are cleaned frequently with virus- and bacteria-killing chemicals.

1. I want to be a part of the Innovive Health family, how do I apply?

We encourage you to regularly visit our career site and apply on-line to open opportunities that you are interested in. If your experience matches our requirements, a Recruiter from our Talent Acquisition team will contact you.

2. Can I email or fax my resume instead of submitting the on-line application?

Our Talent Acquisition Team monitors applications received through our careers site and external job boards, such as Indeed, and LinkedIn. Resumes that are emailed, mailed or faxed may not be reviewed or considered for open positions.

3. How can I stay updated on job opportunities at Innovive Health?

We encourage you to visit the Innovive career site to explore what is like to work at Innovive and the impact you can make as a member of our team. You can find a list of open positions and apply by visiting our job site. Be sure to follow us on social media for updates.

4. What are the steps of the recruiting process?
  • Apply on-line by submitting your resume via our career site
  • If your experience matches our requirements, a Recruiter from our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for an initial phone/ video screen.
  • Following the initial screen, you may be selected to participate in a second- round interview with your potential manager or team. The interview and selection process may include all or some of the following: an in-person or virtual interview, job demos, reference, and background checks.
  • Those selected are sent an offer letter and new hire information!
5. I submitted my application but have not heard back. What is the status of my application?

Our goal is to keep valued candidates like you informed of your status throughout the recruitment process. If you meet the job profile requirements, you will be contacted directly by a Recruiter from our Talent Acquisition team for an interview. If you don’t meet the requirements of the role/job, we will keep your resume on file for future opportunities.

6. Is a license required?

As a home health care agency, many of our openings are clinical and do require a current state-issued license. Some of our operations positions may require a license or certification, but this is not true for all positions. For specific information, please reference the job positing which includes any licensure or certification requirements.

7. What types of clinical positions are available?

Innovive offers opportunities for full and part time Registered Nurse Case Managers, as well as Per Diem RN and Per Diem LPN roles. The full and part-time positions have set schedules and may be eligible for benefits (part-time staff eligibility is dependent upon the number of hours worked per week). Employees in a per diem position work on an as-needed basis and do not have a set schedule or guaranteed hours. They are not eligible for benefits.

8. A friend or family member referred me to Innovive. Do I still need to apply?

We’re very happy to hear that—we love referrals! In order for your resume to be considered, you will need to apply on our careers page. Our Talent Acquisition Team will be sure to ask who referred you to us so we can be sure to thank them!

9. Is Innovive conducting in-person or virtual interviews?

Innovive is currently conducting interviews virtually to keep our employees and candidates safe. We look forward to seeing everyone in person again soon!

10. How should I dress for my interview?

Interviews are special events and an opportunity to showcase your skills and experience. We recommend that you dress for success! Our dress code is business casual attire.
